The playing court is approximately 4,000 square feet. There are 10 WhirlyBugs on the playing court at one time, five red and five yellow. At each end of the court there are vertically hung backboards with a 15 inch hole in the center. You score by aiming a whiffle ball at the center of your team’s color backboard while using only a Jai-Alai style plastic scoop to handle the ball. The goal of the game is to score the most points during a 13 minute game.
There will be a Referee assigned to assist your group. They will be responsible for not only making your games safe and fair, but also fun and exciting.
