Water House Foods is a cafe and bakehouse located in historic downtown Lake Mills, Wisconsin. We specialize in making and providing uniquely-flavored artisan breads handcrafted in the European tradition, using organic and local ingredients.
We also make and sell: croissants, scones, bagels, pastries, croutons, and bread crumbs made using organic and local ingredients; tea breads, bars, cookies; local specialty products including syrups, honeys, mustards, sauces, spreads, jams, granola, crackers, and dried fruit.
The cafe serves Shakespearean-themed sandwiches using our breads and all-natural and local meats. Try the Desdemona - roast beef, lettuce, blue cheese, and strawberry glaze on our sourdough bread.
