Amelia Carbine, master cake decorator, is the owner of Frosted Fantasy Cakes in Logan, Utah. She has been designing and decorating cakes since 2002 and has been a professional instructor since 2004. She is experienced in and teaches the art of cake decorating and creates stunning sugar creations. Her cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful. In 2008, Amelia received the third place prize in the Grand National Wedding Cake Competition in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She returned again in 2009 and received fourth runner up, making her one of a select few that have placed in the top five for two years running. She has also been selected as one of 23 instructors nationwide to teach at the annual ICES (International Cake Exploration Society) convention in San Diego, California. Her work has been recognized in publications such as Tulsa World, Texas Wedding Guide, American Cake Decorating Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, and the internationally published Modern Wedding Cakes, to name a few. She has also made appearances on Utah's KSL Studio5, Good Things Utah, OETA Gallery in Oklahoma, and the icing on the cake was the prestigious opportunity to appear as a lead contestant on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off. We specialize in our life-like sugar flowers as well as our sculpted cakes. We deliver cakes to all of Northern Utah. From Cache Valley all the way down to Salt Lake and Utah Valley.
