We offer courses in Classical Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, Shotokan Karate, Olympic Fencing, Aikido, Padded Weapons, Music/Guitar Lessons, Drawing / Anime / Manga lessons, and Pilates / Fitness / Personal Training / Sports Training. We also host events and parties in a variety of genres: dance parties for kids, adventure parties for kids and adults, and corporate retreat / team building adventures. CLASSICAL AND MODERN DANCE: Our students learn proper technique, dance terminology, and understand that Dance is an art form and a mode of expression involving grace, poise, good posture, discipline, and musicality. Ballet provides the foundation for solid technique however we also offer instruction in Jazz and Tap dance styles. Classes are offered for the performing student as well as the recreational student who simply wishes to enjoy the movement of Dance and not worry about performing. We begin with children as young as three and welcome students of any adult age. MODERN FENCING: For children age 7.5 through adults: Learn to Fence in the modern Olympic sport! BATTLEMASTERS HERO TRAINING ACADEMY: For children age 6.5 through adults: It's the closest thing to a video game or real edged-weapons combat that there is! super fun without the pain or damage. SHOTOKAN KARATE: For children age 4.5 through adults: The Karate program is based mostly on Shotokan Karate with a little TKD and Kung Fu added in at different levels, depending upon age group. AIKIDO: For children age 4.5 through adults: Aikido focuses on protection instead of destruction. Aikido practitioners redirect the energy of an attack, usually in the form of joint locks and throws, to neutralize a situation while protecting the integrity of the victim as well as that of the attacker. This is a great martial art and self-defense form for anyone who feels bullied but doesn't want to fight. FITNESS: The Fitness Division at CAA encompasses a full range of fitness options for ANYONE looking to get in shape, sculpt muscle, tone up, and just lose a few pounds. From serious bodybuilders to athletes who need to cross-train and enhance their skills, the Fitness Division at CAA can handle it all - with the personal attention, practical guidance, and careful management of your fitness goals that you'll treasure. PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING: Tired of going to the gym where you’re just a face in the crowd?
