We host anything from Graduation Parties, Retirement Parties, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Business Meetings, Artistic Performances, and more! With seating up to 55 people with a maximum standing capacity of 90 people, let us provide the space and intimacy of a private setting and you provide all the enjoyment your special day deserves.
Want to bring food or alcohol? No problem. There's no extra charge and you may bring in as much as you'd like. We also have a kitchen prep area that will keep your food at the perfect temperature while you entertain your guests!
Venue Rentals are as Follows:
Classic Package: $250
This package includes all seating in the living room space venue.
Foodies & Fun Package: $350
This package includes the venue and also includes tableware/flatware, buffet warmers, drink dispensers and ivory or black linen on all tables. Everything that you would need to eat and drink. Just bring your food and beverages!
The Ultimate Package: $425
This package is specifically set up for one stop shop and includes everything from the Foodies & Fun Package. Pick your theme or color scheme and we would do the rest! We would provide one dozen themed matching cupcakes, modest decorations and balloons.
Hourly Venue Rental: $50/hr
This is specifically for shorter meetings and get-together.
*All packages, except the Hourly Rates, are allotted 5hrs from start to finish. Time slots are as follows: 10am - 3pm or 4pm - 9pm. Kid-friendly play area will always be available for every event.

We can assist you in putting together an event you won’t forget! With experience and flexibility, The Beltonian Theatre can provide you with a tailor-made event itinerary to meet your needs with group pricing on all food, concessions, drinks, beer, wine, and more!! (Menu located on additional Tab)
During a weekday (Monday-Thursday and sometimes Friday) before we open to the general public, we generally are not required to cancel any showtimes and are therefore able to offer a lower rate than during operational hours. We can also schedule a Birthday party around a scheduled move utilizing our private party room for presents and cake with seating up to 30 people. This type of Party would include use of the space either prior to the movie or after or both and be a per person basis with a 10 person minimum and 30 person maximum. Availability of this type of party will depend on the movie schedule for that week. Discounted Kids Pack with Popcorn, Small Fountain Drink, and FunDip Candy are available for any party of event.
