  3. We hand craft most if not all decor making it affordable for you the client to fit in your budget as well as making it an elegant one of a kind event.
  4. How much we are involved in your party/event planning depends on you the client, we can work alongside you helping you with each step and detail or we can handle all the planning for you.
  5. Depending on the size of your event/party we can plan it in as little as 2 weeks, with the exception of weddings which we require at least 6 months advance booking.
  6. We can come up with a design for you or use one you already have.

  We offer full-service event and wedding planning. You can hire us for a specific element of your wedding or you can hire us for a package.
  
  MyEvents offers the following services.
  
  1.- Consulting. Consulting is usually billed by the hour and here is where we sit down with you to discuss your wedding plans and what you envision. We provide a 1 hour complimentary wedding consultation in order to meet with you and discuss what envision for your wedding. Additional hours are billed at $100 per hour.
  
  2.- Day of Coordination. Don’t let the name fool you our, job starts here as soon as you hire us… This is for a couple who wants to be involved with each decision of their wedding but needs a helping hand to ensure all works smoothly.
  
  Our responsibilities include creating a detailed timeline of your wedding, contacting the vendors and introducing ourselves, confirming day-of contact information and reviewing copies of all contracts to clarify all contractual obligations for all vendors. If there is a rehearsal we would be in charge of running the timeline. And on the day of the wedding we would be present at the venue and ensure every detail is set up the you have envisioned. A lot happens on the wedding day, decorations, flowers, lighting… let us take this responsibility from you and let you concentrate on looking perfect on your day.
  
  Our goal is to adhere to the timeline, but in the event of any last minute changes (such as weather), we are there to ensure that events are rearranged in such a way that incurs minimal cost and stress to the bride, groom, their families and guests.
  
  3.- The Dream Package - Full Service Wedding Coordination where the couple wants a worry free wedding and wants to leave all the feel of the wedding to us, your wedding planner.
  
  4.- Wedding Officiant - Tim Harwood is a Wedding Officiant 'with a difference' - being English has an English accent, but not strong and speaks with a clear and concise tone. Registered with Tulsa county and authorized to perform marriage ceremonies anywhere in Oklahoma. Available in general 7 days a week for wedding services and rehearsals.
