The general manager of Emerald Mountain on Beech Mountain, North Carolina hires Patricia as a face painter for her annual event, the reenactment of The Wizard of Oz. Patricia really shines at this venue; she adds simple props that are given with the painted faces.
Trish is good at story telling; stories are typically on the funny side; these stories are a pleasant surprise for all ages. As an alternative to face painting, Trish offers glitter tattoos which are very popular, and last up to a week, and hula hoops. Trish is a fully-insured entertainer.
Trish attends the National Face Painting convention in Florida every other year, which keeps her current and up to date with this ever-changing industry. The OZ event was demonstrated at one convention by Trish and friends, which was very well received. In the spring of 2006 Trish put together a one-week sailing tour in Belize. Face painting on the sailboat, and entertaining children in Mayan villages just expanded her horizons in the world of travel and face painting.
