This is a renovated 1920's building with 12 foot ceilings, plaster and exposed-brick walls, with floor to ceiling windows. We are over 2700 square feet of architecturally engaging warmth and comfort with an artistic flair. On display throughout hang the original works of local artists. Artisan Traders additionally has a catering preparation area, a sound system with volume control in each area, dim-able lighting throughout, and free parking. It is available every day of the week for business and personal events: business networking and holiday parties, wedding ceremonies, and receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, club socials, proms, formals, Sweet 16 celebrations and all manner of happy gathering!
  
  Maximum Occupancy is 100.
  2018 rates: Monday through Thursday is $650, Friday and Saturday is $1175, and Sunday is $850.

  The 2,400 sq. ft. Pavilion is bright and open and can easily handle groups of up to 175 guests. The basic package includes tables, chairs, lighting, assorted decorations, a caterer's prep area, the "floating cloud" illuminated wedding cake table, sound system, refreshment service area, game field, boating, fishing and lake activities, campfire ring, display tables and many other amenities. The bride can choose her own caterer and entertainment and we will be glad to help her with her choice or provide a coordinator or planner. The pavilion can be enclosed in inclement weather. There are no time restraints and the resort is yours for the whole weekend.
  
  At the resort there is a spacious bridal cottage and a groom cottage plus several more large houses for family groups. The resort can house about 24 guests and our neighborhood there are additional rental venues that can house another 120+ guests.
