Cinnamon Apple Muffins


  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup peeled, cored, and diced granny smith apples
  • 1 cup cinnamon chips


Preheat the oven to 365 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Next, add the milk, butter, egg, apples, and cinnamon chips, stirring together until the mixture is smooth. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full and bake for about 20 minutes.
