CONTEST RULES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH MAY BE MADE IN SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE FINAL AND BINDING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. SPONSOR: This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Punchbowl, Inc., 50 Speen Street, Suite 202, Framingham, MA, 01701 (“Punchbowl”), subject to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Disney.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States and have a valid email address and Punchbowl account. Limit one entry per person. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW; certain states may impose additional eligibility restrictions. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway or win any prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must send an exclusive Beauty and the Beast online invitation to 4 or more guests with valid, unique email addresses. Eligible invitations include Beauty and the Beast and Beauty and the Beast Photo. Invitations must be sent no later than Monday, March 27th, 2017, 11:59PM Pacific Time to be eligible. Only online entries will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

4. TIMING: The Giveaway begins at 10:01 a.m. PT on March 6th, 2017 and continues until 11:59 p.m. PT on March 27th, 2017.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS: Three (3) weekly winners, one (1) each week over three weeks will receive a $50 eGift Card available for Regal Entertainment Group®, AMC Theatres, Cinemark®, or Cineplex Entertainment, which will be delivered via email. eGift Card does not cover sales tax. Winner must pay sales tax on their purchase. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be chosen randomly. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner must have a valid email address in order to receive the prize. Limit one prize per household. If none of these theaters are local to you, a $50 American Express gift card may be requested and will take 3-4 weeks to process.

6. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The drawings for the weekly prizes will be held on or about March 13th, March 20th, and March 27th, 2017. Winner(s) will be notified by email. Within 36 hours of notification, winners must respond to Sponsor and follow the instructions to claim their prize. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of any prize as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to a prize. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

7. RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner and consents to and gives the Sponsor the right to use, publish, and display a winner’s (and where applicable a participant’s) first name and invitation for promotional purposes without review, notification or approval.

8. CONDITIONS: Punchbowl, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned, for any reason.
