Use heavy-duty foil to line a large jellyroll pan. Next, place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in the microwave for around five minutes. Put the candy canes in a plastic bag and break the candy canes into chunks, with a rolling pin. Stir the candy cane pieces into the white chocolate. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan, and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Break apart the chocolate, and serve this candy cane fudge recipe to family and friends.

  • Candy Cane Cookie Recipe: Make this delicious candy cane cookie recipe with simple ingredients. You'll need 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sifted confectionary sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons of peppermint flavoring, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 1/2 cups of flour, one teaspoon of salt, ½ cup of crushed candy canes and ½ cup of white sugar. As a first step, preheat the oven to 375 F. Next, mix the butter, sugar, egg, and flavorings. Add the flour and salt to the mixture, and mix everything together well. Knead the dough into the shape of a circle, cover it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours. After two hours, roll the dough into strips, place them on a baking sheet, and curve the top down to create a candy cane shape. Bake the cookies for around 10 minutes. While still warm, remove them from the pan and sprinkle the cookies with crushed candy canes.
  • Candy Cane Martinis: Make a scrumptious candy cane martini to add a little fun to your holiday party. Gather three ounces of rum, two ounces of peppermint schnapps, 1/2 ounce of grenadine syrup and one small candy cane. Pour the schnapps, rum and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover the shaker, and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass. Garnish the drink with a candy cane.
  • Candy Cane Cheesecake: Make a delicious candy cane cheesecake for a holiday dessert. Gather 1 1/3 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 cup of butter for the crust. Gather 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoons of vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract, 3 eight ounce packages of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter and 2/3 cups of crushed peppermint candy for the filling. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar and butter together, and press the mixture in to a 9-inch pan. Mix the sour cream, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and peppermint extract, and blend well. Next add the cream cheese and  2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the crushed candy. Pour the mixture into the crust and, and then bake the cheesecake for 55 minutes on a low oven rack. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool on the counter. Once cool, refrigerate the cheesecake overnight, and then get ready to serve it to adoring guests.
