Nature Photography Day

Today is National Nature Photography Day! Take the opportunity to get outside and take pictures of your natural environment.

This day was created in 2006 by the North American Nature Photography Association as a way to promote conservation, encourage people to learn about nature, and enjoy the outdoors through their cameras. There are many ways that you can participate in Nature Photography Day. Whether it’s with your phone or a professional camera, get outside and capture your favorite plants or flowers, a beautiful sunset, or local wildlife. Be sure to share your favorite pictures on social media or with family and friends. Whatever you decide to do, just be sure to enjoy some outdoor time and have fun!
