Although a certain amount of stress is normal, too much of it can be harmful to your physical and mental health. Take care of yourself today. Read a book, get a massage, watch a movie, take a nap, or go for a long walk. Studies have even shown that going on a walk a few times a week leads to improved well-being and lower stress levels!
