Today is Mother’s Day! Mother's Day is our opportunity to celebrate moms, wives, daughters, aunts, grandmothers, sisters, and all the wonderful people who have mothered us over the years. Send a free Mother’s Day eCard to the important women in your life to let them know how much they mean to you!

In England and other parts of Europe, people have celebrated “Mothering Sunday” since the 16th century. Our modern American holiday is a relatively recent tradition in comparison. In 1912, a woman named Anna Jarvis from Grafton, West Virginia declared the first Mother’s Day in the United States.
