Today is Big Bird’s birthday! We love this classic Sesame Street character’s honesty and inquisitiveness. And, of course, his eye-catching color! Big Bird first appeared on Sesame Street in 1969, and has been a beloved character ever since. He and his teddy bear sidekick, Radar, are up for anything fun – roller skating, ice skating, dancing, singing – even writing poetry or drawing.
