Matt Douglas

Matt Douglas is the Founder & CEO of Punchbowl, and has guided the company through all stages of growth. Matt has raised three rounds of capital from Intel Capital, Contour Ventures, and prominent angel investors. Matt has 15+ years in product management and marketing with expertise in software product development. At Adobe Systems, Matt was responsible for Premiere where he grew revenue from $15M to $50M in four years. At Bose Corporation, he was a senior manager in the professional division where he led a hardware and software product team. Matt has a degree in music from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill. Matt's favorite reason to celebrate is Groundhog Day – he and his wife have hosted an annual Groundhog Day party for over 15 years. Bob Greene

Contour Venture Partners

Bob Greene is a co-founder of Contour Venture Partners and has been a venture capitalist since the late 1980's. He has invested in all stages of venture capital across several industry sectors. Prior to launching Contour, Bob was one of the three managing partners of Flatiron Partners. Located in New York City, Flatiron was a leading venture capital firm focused on the information technology sector. The firm backed over 50 companies with over $500 million of venture capital. Bob has also been an active private investor, where he has invested his own capital in emerging technology companies. Bob received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.


Joan Nevins

Kalido

Joan Nevins currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Kalido, responsible for the company's overall financial discipline and business controls. She also oversees all general and administrative functions, including the human resources, information technology and facilities functions, while helping to lead overall corporate direction and growth strategy. Prior to Kalido, Joan was the CFO for Upromise, Inc., a venture-backed internet start-up operating a savings network to help Americans save for college. At Upromise, Inc., Joan helped raise two rounds of venture capital, developed systems to manage the organization's rapid growth, and achieved additional critical cash flow for the young start-up. She also has a wealth of experience in raising and managing capital, effectively leading organizations through private placements, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, as well as navigating mergers and acquisitions.

Bob Perkins

Consensus Research Group

Bob Perkins's distinguished career includes leadership roles such as Chief Marketing Officer of Pizza Hut, SVP of Marketing at Calvin Klein, and EVP of Marketing & Corporate Development of Playboy Enterprises. Bob also formerly served as President of the Chiat/Day/Mojo New York advertising agency, where he was responsible for managing media and growth for several leading brands. He has held senior marketing and communication positions with the US Chamber of Commerce and served as Finance Director of the Republican National Committee. Bob is currently President of Consensus Research Group, providing global strategic research and consulting for leading consumer brands as well as companies within the media and financial sectors.


Michael Waxman-Lenz

Michael Waxman-Lenz became an Internet entrepreneur in the early 1990s. As General Manager of AmericanGreetings.com, Michael grew the online greeting business, which includes AG.com, Bluemountain.com, Egreetings.com, Kiwee.com, and the photo sharing site Webshots.com. Previously, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer and SVP of American Greetings Intellectual Property Group. He also oversaw AGI's advertising team, search product team, business intelligence, business development, and its strategic partnerships with such organizations as AOL, Microsoft and Yahoo. Michael serves as a board member of the Montefiore Homes in Cleveland, and is an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace Business School.

Sumeet Jain (Board Observer)

Sumeet Jain joined Intel Capital in 2013 and is based in San Francisco. A computer science and electrical engineer by training, Sumeet has a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Intel, Sumeet was part of two startups: Personify and iManage before becoming an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and finally a partner at CMEACapital. Sumeet loves football, the outdoors, and enjoys brewing his own beer.

Sean Conta Founder & Former CXO

Sean Conta has an engineering background with a focus towards user experience. He has developed software user interfaces and written technical documentation for products ranging from Siebel CRM applications to professional acoustic software for Bose Corporation. He also has expertise in web design and interaction including content and interface development for Zildjian Cymbals. Sean holds a music business degree from the Berklee College of Music and an engineering degree from Brown University. His favorite reason to celebrate is New Years Eve.

David Feldman Managing Director

David has nearly two decades of broad technical, operating, business development and consulting experience. Prior to founding Feldman Advisors, LLC, David had a successful tenure as a turnaround executive at a venture-backed health care software company, Patientkeeper, in the role of VP, Engineering. David spent a number of years as EVP of Business Development and Strategy for Viewpoint Corporation. Early in his career he was a co-founder of Specular International, makers of a 3D modeling, rendering and animation software system, where he served as Director of Research and Development, Chief Strategist and acting CFO, in which capacity he successfully negotiated the sale of the company. David received an AB in computer science from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.


Harry Lin Former GM Evite.com, Head of Business Development

Harry Lin is the former General Manager of Evite.com. During his tenure at Evite, Harry fueled brand growth and the site experienced 50% growth in revenue. Prior to operating Evite, Harry was vice president of ABC.com where he led new initiatives in e-commerce. He has also served as CEO of Lottay.com, Zig.com and President at Photometria Inc., the technology company behind Taaz.com. He is currently Head of Business Development at IMDb.com. He has a Bachelor's from Cornell University and a Master of Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Christopher Mirabile Managing Director

LaunchPad Venture Group

Christopher is the Managing Director of LaunchPad Venture Group, a venture investment group focused on seed and early-stage investments in technology-oriented companies. In addition to his work with LaunchPad, Christopher is an active member of the Boston-area angel investing community with active investments in over 20 start-ups. He has served as a public company CFO, a corporate and securities lawyer and as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse's Strategic Consulting Group. Christopher is an adjunct lecturer in the MBA program at Babson College and a regular advisor and mentor to start-ups. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several start-up companies as well as Boston World Partnerships, and he is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Babson's Olin School of Business. Christopher earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A., with honors, from Colgate University.


Dharmesh Shah Founder & CTO

Prior to HubSpot, Dharmesh was founder and CEO of Pyramid Digital Solutions, an enterprise software company selling to large financial services companies. Pyramid was a three time winner of the Inc. 500 award and an industry leader in providing innovative web applications available to millions of consumers. The company was acquired by SunGard Data Systems in 2005. Prior to Pyramid Digital Solutions, Dharmesh held a number of technology management and development positions. Dharmesh also runs OnStartups.com, an online community for entrepreneurs, which is one of the top 10 most read startup blogs and receives over a thousand visitors a day. Dharmesh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and an M.S. in the Management of Technology from MIT.
