Humble is a small batch bakery that handcrafts pies from locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients. Each Humble pie, whether sweet or savory, is wrapped in an incredibly light & flaky crust and filled with fragrant fillings. Our pies are baked to order so they are always fresh and feature seasonal flavors tweaked for modern palates. Although eating pie is reason enough to celebrate, Humble’s pies are the modern alternative to fussy cakes whenever you make merry. Topped with fluffy creams and toasted meringues or filled with juicy fresh fruits, these amazing pies will leave you wondering why anyone ever serves cake. From jubilant Chihuly inspired candy orbs to rustic, golden brown appliqued crust monograms our pies are beautifully finished to compliment your party or reception theme. In addition, Humble's pies are available in a vast array of interesting sizes and shapes so that you can build a dessert package that suits your event: (lollipies) tantalizing pie bites on a stick, pleasingly packaged so that your guests can take a little bit of the revelry home with them. Wrapped in crinkly sheets of cellophane, they make refreshingly unexpected party favors. (hand pies) crescent shaped pies that are easy to eat, even without silverware, and can be packaged in hand stamped and ribbon wrapped glassine envelopes. (pinch pies) rustic, individually-sized double crust pies filled with fruit; these look beautiful with an appliqued crust and can also be packaged in glassine so that your guest can grab them and go. (petitie pies) cupcake sized pies with a cupcake pretty presentation, these individual serving sized pies can be filled with creams, custards and nuts. Their size and shape allows us to create the most elaborate and interesting designs. (9" pies) traditional pies in fresh flavors; baked in biodegradable starch pie pans (yes, you can even take a bite out of the plate--we know, we tried it!) that help protect the environment, these pies are perfect for family dinners and holidays.
