Need an event planner or day-of-coordinater? With my services I will do all the research, bargain hunt, and planning for the wedding or event of your dreams. I can work with any budget, and if it helps with tight budgets, I am willing to do whatever it takes to make your day flow flawlessly for less. You will find that I am the most flexible event planner you will find, anytime you need me here or there, whenever possible I will be there. You will not find extra charges for meetings that should be included such as per mileage fees or even a limited number of meetings. My fee is a completely flat rate at the lowest you will find, not a percentage of your budget amount, which should go directly towards your event itself. I am there for you. Unlike many event planners, my goal is to create the event you would like, not what I or everyone else would like. I believe it is your day. Many have said that I do more for couples than any other wedding planner they have seen. From small venues and low budgets to large, I can work with it all. My goal is to make having a wedding and event planning affordable. Weddings, birthday parties, or any special event can be done! There are never extra or hidden fees. I have two different package as shown below: Partial Service - -Photo coverage for up to 5 hrs, unlimited photoshop editing to specialize your pictures, complete set of all photos with full rights on light scribed design CD, unlimited scheduled meetings Full Service - -Full photo coverage from beginning to end (8 hrs. and over), unlimited photoshop editing to specialize your pictures, complete set of all photos with full rights on light scribed design CD, unlimited scheduled meetings I will be there from the very, very beginning until the very end. Please note, that I don’t attempt to advertise myself as a “professional” photographer which is why I do not charge “professional” rates, but all of my photos have “professional” results. I am not a photographer that will “watch the time” during your event to make sure that your photo coverage follows exactly the coverage you paid for and then some! My priority is that all the shots of your event, and then some, are captured through the day. I also do not charge any mileage or hidden fees, only sales tax is added into the package prices above. You will receive all your photos on a CD with personalized light scribe finish which includes unlimited number of edited photos. My planning service not only includes the planning all of the regular aspects of your event, but also provided may include: - Stationary printing & preparation, invitations, R.S.V.P. cards, programs - Going store to store with you for dresses or other shopping - Putting to together centerpieces personally, for those that do not have professional vendors in their budget - Unlimited meetings, schedule permitting, there's never a limit Prefer doing it all yourself? Here are some new services that are available you might be able to use: -Basic stationary printing & preparation, invitations, R.S.V.P. cards, programs (included with regular event planning services or just this service alone is available)
