Live Band, FingertipsTrio. Jazz, R & B, Oldies but Goodies music. My name is Bruce Johnson, I have 35 years experiance as a band leader and guitarist. I have played with grammy nominated groups such as The Presidents. The Flamigos, the Gosple Keynotes The Kingsmen, I have opened shows for the Manhattens, Stanley Terrentine. and played at venues such as Richmond Colosseum, Fort Dupont Theater, and various events for the Federal Government.

Sage String Quartet is a Washington DC based collective of accomplished professional musicians. We is provide the highest quality musicianship for each event. That is why Sage is only comprised of full time professional musicians. We have over 300 selections across all styles of music, from classical to jazz and even contemporary pop hits. If you have a special piece not in the string repertoire, let us know and we will have it specially arranged. The players have been playing together for years. All Sage artists have degrees from premier music schools and conservatories and are professional musicians. They specialize in wedding ceremony music, wedding receptions, cocktail hours, and other special events. This DC string quartet also serves the Virginia and Maryland areas. Members regularly perform at the Kennedy Center, Strathmore Hall, and National Cathedral, with noted ensembles such as the National Opera Orchestra and The National and Baltimore Symphony Orchestras.
