Sisters, Monica Whitaker and Melanie Borges, operate Say it with Sugar Cake Shop in Historic Downtown Wylie. We specialize in wedding cakes, birthday cakes, special occasion cakes and shaped cakes. We also have delightful petite fours, cupcakes, brownies, cream puffs, eclairs, cookies and other sweets in our cases. We have ready to go dinner cakes, Boston cream pie cakes and other cream cakes in our "ready-to-go" case. Cruffles are cake-truffles. We create a decadent cake and roll it up into an unbelievably moist bite-sized ball. Once it is rounded to perfection they are hand-dipped in luscious rich chocolate or yummy vanilla coating and finished with frosting. No two cruffles are alike! Cruffles make a unique gift and are also beautifully served at holiday parties, birthdays, showers, and weddings. We bake an assortment of flavors daily.

We are a baking-to-order company specializing in croissants, cheesecakes and cookies. We deliver morning and afternoon pastry trays to businesses and organizations across the Metroplex. We are focused on satisfying the needs of a business office.  All of our pastries are delivered to you ready to serve directly from the box. Everything is either individually portioned or pre-sliced for ease of serving and to minimize waste, and is delivered on an attractive serving tray.  Serving utensils are included, as well as plates, forks, and napkins.
