His photographs have been featured in magazines and have won him awards in the photography industry.Billy has become a very important part of the top modeling school and agency in the South, Millie Lewis. He has been working with the schools in Charleston, Columbia, Savannah and Greenville as their advisor for the past 30 years. Although he enjoys working with the glamour and fashion world, Billy's versatility allows him to take part in pageant, commercial and private photography as well
