I am a henna artist in PA but I serve Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, and Virginia. I am very fast and can do up to 35-40 tattoos in an hour at a very reasonable rates. Also I can work according to the budget. Hundreds of designs too choose from, can customize the designs according to the theme. I also have assistant artists.
