Female balloon artist for hire, I travel to your event bring everything that is needed. I offer hour and half hour rates for family reunions, carnivals, parties, birthdays, really any event that needs a balloon pick me up. I wear a similar outfit that clowns wear however I do not wear face paint so younger children that are afraid of clowns are not frightened. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
