Whether you are planning a smaller, more intimate celebration or a large, extravagant affair, we will work closely with you overseeing the placement of every arrangement. We begin by setting your budget, talking about your vision and reviewing floral options. Well take your weddings color scheme into consideration and advise you on the size of your bouquets, the best flowers for the weather, even the possibly strong scent of certain blooms. In the end, we create a beautiful and innovative floral backdrop for your special day. CONSULTATIONS: Our personalized consultations are conducted in-person , by phone or email, based upon our client's preferences. If the client decides to book Flowers by G Bella, we will then schedule a second meeting to design a sample piece, on a per request basis, to help them visualize their floral ideas. We then follow up with a final version of their proposal including a detailed description of their arrangements. Upon approval of the proposal, a 25% deposit is due, with 50% of the balance due three months prior to their event, and a final balance due two weeks prior to the event.. We pride ourselves exclusively at catering a maximum of one to two events per day. providing services to the NY Metropolitan & NY Tri-State area (New York City, Long Island and Westchester). We are able to service Northern NJ determined on a per event basis and will include all additional costs of transportation and event costs in our price.
