The Basilica Ballroom is our main function room with a capacity of up to 175 people with food and beverage service and up to 400 people excluding food, tables and chairs. The rental price of the main Ballroom is $400. Depending on your event, this fee may be waived. It is not required that you purchase food and china/linen set-up to use our hall, and we do allow certain parties to use our kitchen. With any booked reception, whether a wedding, graduation or general celebration, we include full linen and china set-up with the purchase of one of our buffets. Cash bar, open bar and drink ticket options are available. We also have an elevated stage for entertainment, as well as a balcony overlooking the main room. Complimentary appetizers and beverages, if purchased for the entire party are provided to you and your VIP party being honored prior to the beginning of your main event. A champagne toast for the head table and the cutting and serving of your celebratory cake if need be is included. The Basilica Ballroom lends a very historic and European feel from the chandeliers to the original hand crafted and intricately designed ceiling imported from Italy back 1880. The setting can be configured to your liking, and any relative décor or arrangements will be tailored to the specific needs that you and your party require. As a former cathedral, the structure is now family owned and operated as a banquet and entertainment facility. With our extensive experience within the hospitality industry, we are able to offer a variety of products and services. Amenities include but are not limited to, a state of the art light and sound system, full service bar and kitchen, a VIP balcony for privacy that gives an ideal vantage point for viewing of guests and entertainment. We also have an elevated stage, and a dance floor. Within two months of your scheduled event, we will detail your entire function including but not limited to your menu options, floor plan, linen selection, décor, entertainment, time and budget schedule as well as other optional accessories to meet all of the needs for your special occasion. We set up all party favors, table arrangements, enclosed flame candles, centerpieces, place cards, guestbook and pen(provided by renting party). As a professional courtesy at no extra cost to you, we also provide up to three complimentary vendor meals for your band and/or DJ, photographer or other professional associated vendor you have hired for your private banquet.
