Brookside Barn & Farm is a specialty catering business. We provide whole spit-roasted pigs cooked over an open spinning rotisserie. The customer receives perfectly flavored wood fired pork, then mildly seasoned on site, AND the visual attraction of a whole hog cooked in front of their guests. This is traditional old-world cooking. Not the "hidden" cooking that's either done offsite or in a grill with a closed-lid.
We also offer a complete rental program for the do it yourself. Make your next backyard barbecue something to be remembered.
