Holly Bayes, Founder and Event Coordinator, exudes creativity and radiates a positive energy. With her talent, charm and winning smile, she easily develops solid relationships with her clients, colleagues and vendors. This ability allows her to relate to her clients needs, and have a greater understanding of their vision, goals, and objectives for their event. Often accused of being a perfectionist, Holly directs her passion for planning into everything she does from event logistics to design. She is obsessed with details and believes that the details are what set apart ordinary events from extraordinary events.
Holly is no stranger to the event planning industry. Native to Kentucky, Holly worked as a freelance event planner for local events for her community, social event planner for her sorority in college, and numerous weddings, baby showers, birthdays and holiday parties for friends and family, speaker/dinner programs for pharmaceutical companies (Takeda, Pharmaderm, Upsher-Smith Pharmaceuticals), district incentive trip for Takeda, and fundraisers for children’s school.
She obtained a bachelor of arts degree in interior design and a minor in art from Eastern Kentucky University, in Richmond, KY. Holly has been in the event planning industry with over ten years of experience. Holly has an eye for design and color. She also has experience working in the corporate market, with 9 years of sales experience working with pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies. She pays special attention to details and is structurally organized. Holly is passionate about her craft and dedicated to providing quality service to all her clients. Holly creates a unique experience for all of her clientele by providing exceptional service. She enjoys the personalized touch, creating each event with unique and sophisticated style.
