The company's founder Harald Kessler began his career at 18 years old. After a commercial apprenticeship, he joined the music industry. Since 1974 he has been traveling nationwide as a moderator formerly known as "Harald van Brüggen." In 1978 he founded the company, "Life Concert." In 1985, Harald Kessler entered the event catering industry. Since 1987, he has organized nationwide events and activities. The company grew steadily and in 2005 it expanded. Harald Kessler founded the company Bavaria Event also in 2005. For the first time, management events, organizations, and event catering were all summed up in one company. Over the years, Harald Kessler has had numerous new event ideas. In addition to concert and artist management, as it was practiced even in "Life Concert." This resulted in the complete curvature in terms of events and all under one roof. Today, events are organized nationwide by AZ and professionally conducted. The company now includes high-quality caterers, stages their own concerts, and has extraordinary event equipment as well as high-quality decorations for events.
