Most of our parties are 150 people, but we also cater events with 25 people and have catered events over 500 people. Our cuisine is typically upscale Southern, but we have experience with other foods including Greek, Italian, Cajun/Creole, and various diversities of American foods including Southwest and Northeast. Most of our vegetables are organic and we are moving to use more organic meats.
