Entertaining and Educational Birthday Party Programs! At Sugar Sand Park Community Center, we want to make your child’s birthday memorable and uncomplicated. So, we have done our best to make the process as simple as possible. Step 1: Start by downloading a reservation form at www.sugarsandpark.org or pick up an order form at the front desk. Step 2: Fill out the form by selecting the program that best suits your child’s interest and age. Then please list your preferred date that you would like to have your party. Tell us how many people (up to 20) will be participating in the program. Step 3: Email your order form to our Guest Services Coordinator at SugarSandBirthday@myboca.us or drop it off at the Community Center front desk. Step 4: Our Guest Services Coordinator will contact you to schedule the program, take payment, and book the room. Step 5: Enjoy your Birthday Party Program! Other important things to know: All parties will include the selected program and an additional 45 minutes of celebration time as well as a t-shirt for the Birthday Child. Sugar Sand Park Community Center will provide tables and chairs for up to 20 participants and up to 10 adults (20 adults in Kindermusik). Decorations, cakes, tableware, etc. are not supplied so don’t forget your child’s favorite theme or color! Because we schedule multiple parties during the day, start and end times are firm.
