Sambusa: Stuffed pastry and a popular snack in Africa and Asia. It generally consists of fried or baked pastry shell with a savory filling of, but not limited to onions, green pepper, black pepper, green onion, carrots, garlic, lintils, potatoes, ground cumin, ground cardamom, and many more depending on the preference of the customer. It can be either vegetarian Sambusa, filled only with variety of veggies customized by the customer or ground beef, tuna, chicken, turkey Sambusa in addition to the veggies also customized by the customer.
