Cultural food/music available upon request. PriMo Arts is located in a breathtaking 1927 Spanish Revival architectural masterpiece. Once inside the property, expected to be transported away from the hustle and bustle of the city into an enchanting oasis where wrought1iron catwalks trace their shadows across sun-warmed terra-cotta paseos and fifty foot trees tower over the plush court yard gardens, flowing fountains and a koi pond. Lots of free street parking and on-site lot available at $5 a car.

Fairies and Dragons Parties is a whimsical birthday party location for girls and boys and offers fairyland-theme dress up parties for kids birthdays. Themes include fairy, princess, pirate, magic and many more. Basic parties start at $400 for two hours and are held at the Encino location. Fairies and Dragons is an enchanting place to host a children's birthday party. Children and adults are entertained all throughout the party. Fairy assistants, most of whom are professional actresses, engage children in age appropriate activities, are amazing storytellers and make each party extra-special. Other characters are available by request. Most parties include face-painting, dress up, arts and crafts, interactive puppet story time, games, dancing, treasure hunt, tea party. All of our parties are private.
