The Event Concierge provides meeting and event management services nationally, ranging from site selection, invitation production, budget planning and management, transportation, food and beverage planning, entertainment and audio/visual production.

I am organized, outgoing, great at managing several things at once, and I will stop at nothing to get the job done! Total peace of mind for $55 an hour or $385 for the day (up to 8 hours)! No additional tax or service fees. I don't charge for communicating through phone calls or email, but if you want to meet and sit down to go over everything beforehand, I ask for $20 an hour.
