RIM on a Shoestring: Building Your RIM Program in Challenging Times

ARMA International's 3 Bay Area Chapters have been in tune with situations created by the current economic downturn. Jobs have been cut and budgets slashed. Those who still have jobs have to fast track the improvement of their records and information management responsibilities to do more with less. We chose topics that would help RIM professionals caught in this squeeze to learn things that they can take back to their office that will have an immediate and economical impact. The program will focus on leveraging inexpensive software and coupling it with up to date practices to developing record retention schedules that will be readily accepted and easy to implement.
