The affiliate program allows participating websites to earn commission on sales referred to Punchbowl using specially tracked links. Through the ShareASale Affiliate Network, we provide you with tracking links and banners that you can post on your website or blog. Then, when a visitor you've referred to us sends a Digital Greeting Card and/or purchases a membership, we'll keep track and give you a commission.

Digital Greeting Cards come in a variety of attractive folded designs with matching envelopes, realistic postmarks, and the complete mail-opening experience. We offer hundreds of digital greeting cards for holidays, birthdays, and dozens of other occasions. When a customer becomes a Digital Greeting Card user, you earn $1.

While Punchbowl is a free site, we offer three levels of memberships—Plus, Premium, and Platinum—that unlock exclusive features and designs. When a customer purchases an annual membership, you earn 35% of the membership fee.

Is there a cost to become an affiliate?

There are no costs or fees associated with the Punchbowl affiliate program. It is completely free to sign up and participate.

Can I use content and images from Punchbowl (digital cards, logos, etc.) on my site?

All of the content and images on is protected by copyright. You may use content and images from our website in the promotion of our products on your own website, however all images must be attributed and/or used in conjunction with promotion of Punchbowl through the affiliate program.

How do I sign up?

First, become a member of the ShareASale Affiliate Network, the third party service through which our program is run. Then, apply to join the Punchbowl affiliate program. Once your application has been submitted, we will review it and get back to you very shortly.

What are your policies and guidelines for affiliates?

The following is a list of policies and guidelines for affiliates. Failure to adhere to these policies and guidelines may be grounds for termination from the program.

Keyword Guidelines: Affiliates may not bid on tradenames (or misspellings). Affiliates may not bid on phrases, which include tradenames (or misspellings). Affiliates may NOT use the destination URL in the advertising links. Affiliates may use the tradenames in ads.

Paid Search Guidelines: Affiliates may not use tradenames (or misspellings) in search titles, description copy, or as the display URL on search engines.

Additional Guidelines: Punchbowl does not condone "blog spamming," the posting of comments of a commercial nature or to promote a service of any kind to blogs, wikis, or discussion boards. Any affiliate that is found to be in violation of this term is subject to removal from the program and/or reversal of order.

When and how do I get paid?

ShareASale issues payments via check or direct deposit around the 20th of the month. Your account must have a balance of $50 or more before the end of the month in order to receive a payment. If you don't reach the $50 minimum, your commissions will roll forward into the next month until the $50 minimum is reached.
