CONTEST RULES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH MAY BE MADE IN SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE FINAL AND BINDING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. SPONSOR: This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Punchbowl, Inc., 50 Speen Street, Suite 202, Framingham, MA, 01701 (“Punchbowl”), subject to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States and have a valid email address and Facebook account. Limit one entry per week per Facebook account. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW; certain states may impose additional eligibility restrictions. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win any prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must upload a photo to Facebook and post it directly to Sponsor’s Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/punchbowl). Photos submitted as comments or posts will be eligible. Photos submitted via private Facebook message will not be eligible. All photos must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible. By entering the contest, the participant warrants that the photograph used for entry is original material owned solely by the participant, and that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights or privacy of any other person or entity. The photograph must not, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:01 a.m. ET on May 6, 2015 and continues until 11:59 p.m. ET on June 10, 2015.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS: Five (5) weekly winners, one (1) each week over five weeks will receive a $50 Amazon.com gift card, which will be delivered via email. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be chosen randomly. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner must have a valid email address in order to receive the prize. Limit one prize per household.

6. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The drawings for the weekly prizes will be held on or about May 14, May 21, May 28, June 4, and June 11. Winner(s) will be notified on Facebook. Within 36 hours of notification, winners must respond to Sponsor and follow the instructions to claim their prize. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of any prize as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to a prize.

7. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner and consents to and gives the Sponsor the right to use, publish, and display a winner’s (and where applicable a participant’s) first name and photo entry for promotional purposes on Sponsor’s Facebook page without review, notification or approval.

8. CONDITIONS: Punchbowl, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the sweepstakes if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned, for any reason.
