Cocktails for Your Med School Graduation Party

If you or someone you know has recently graduated from medical school, a med school graduation party is definitely in order to celebrate the hard work and achievement of becoming a doctor!  First, set the stage for your event with online graduation invitations you can email or text right from your phone.

Once you send your invites, start thinking about what fun, med school-inspired cocktail recipes you'd like to serve at the party. You can make these drinks for your guests, or give them the recipes to make the cocktails themselves. Print up the recipes on paper that looks like a prescription pad. Then, when guests arrive, you can hand out a Rx for their drink of choice!

Here are some med school-themed drink recipes:

Fuzzy Navel:
Pour 1 ½ oz of Peach Schnapps in a glass with ice and top with orange juice. Stir well.

Brain Tumor:
Add 1 oz of Peach Schnapps to a shot glass. Slowly add 1 tsp of Bailey’s Irish Cream but don’t mix. The cream will clump together at the bottom of the glass. Add ½ tsp. of Grenadine to make it look like a brain tumor.

Bloody Mary:
Mix 1 oz of vodka, 3 oz of tomato juice, and .5 oz of lemon juice. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve in glass with ice and garnish with a stick of celery.
