A BOO-tiful Halloween Pinterest Contest

CONTEST RULES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH MAY BE MADE IN SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE FINAL AND BINDING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

1. SPONSOR: This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Punchbowl, Inc., 50 Speen Street, Suite 202, Framingham, MA, 01701 (“Punchbowl”), subject to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Pinterest.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States and have a valid email address and Pinterest account. Limit one entry per person. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW; certain states may impose additional eligibility restrictions. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win any prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must create a Pinterest board of Halloween party ideas, and add at least one Pin using the hashtag (#) #BOOtifulparty. Check out our free Halloween party invitations for inspiration. The URL of the Pinterest board must be emailed to contests@punchbowl.com no later than Friday, October 2, 2015, 11:59PM Pacific Time to be eligible. Only online entries will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

4. TIMING: The Contest begins at 10:01 a.m. PT on September 20, 2015 and continues until 11:59 p.m. PT on October 2, 2015.

5. WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, selected by Sponsor, on or about Monday, October 5, 2015. Decisions concerning all matters related to this Contest are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by Pinterest direct message and by email. Individuals who received notification of winning must respond within seven (7) days, or will forfeit their prize.

6. PRIZE: Prize includes one (1) promotional code for $150 Off a single purchase at www.punchbowl.com/shopping/costumes. Promotional code does not cover sales tax, and is not valid towards the purchase of a Gift Card or Punchbowl membership. Winner must pay sales tax on their purchase. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded.

7. RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Sponsor the right to use, publish, and display a winner’s (and where applicable a participant’s) first name and Pinterest board URL for promotional purposes on Sponsor’s advertising and promotional materials without review, notification, approval, or compensation.

8. CONDITIONS: Punchbowl, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned, for any reason.
