Matt Douglas is the Founder & CEO of Punchbowl, and has guided the company through all stages of growth. Matt has raised three rounds of capital from Intel Capital, Contour Ventures, and prominent angel investors. Matt has 15+ years in product management and marketing with expertise in software product development. At Adobe Systems, Matt was responsible for Premiere where he grew revenue from $15M to $50M in four years. At Bose Corporation, he was a senior manager in the professional division where he led a hardware and software product team. Matt has a degree in music from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill. Matt's favorite reason to celebrate is Groundhog Day – he and his wife held their 16th annual Groundhog Day party in 2012. Bob Greene, Contour Venture Partners

Bob Greene is a co-founder of Contour Venture Partners and has been a venture capitalist since the late 1980's. He has invested in all stages of venture capital across several industry sectors. Prior to launching Contour, Bob was one of the three managing partners of Flatiron Partners. Located in New York City, Flatiron was a leading venture capital firm focused on the information technology sector. The firm backed over 50 companies with over $500 million of venture capital. Bob has also been an active private investor, where he has invested his own capital in emerging technology companies. Bob received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Bob Perkins, Consensus Research Group

Bob Perkins’s distinguished career includes leadership roles such as Chief Marketing Officer of Pizza Hut, SVP of Marketing at Calvin Klein, and EVP of Marketing & Corporate Development of Playboy Enterprises. Perkins also formerly served as President of the Chiat/Day/Mojo New York advertising agency, where he was responsible for managing media and growth for several leading brands. He has held senior marketing and communication positions with the US Chamber of Commerce and served as Finance Director of the Republican National Committee. Perkins is currently President of Consensus Research Group, providing global strategic research and consulting for leading consumer brands as well as companies within the media and financial sectors.

Michael Rost, PNC Equity

Managing Director and co-founder of PNC RiverArch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Michael joined PNC RiverArch from PNC Equity Partners. Prior to PNC Equity, Michael was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Michael received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and graduated in the top 5% of his class.

Michael Waxman-Lenz became an Internet entrepreneur in the early 1990s. As General Manager of AmericanGreetings.com, Michael grew the online greeting business, which includes AG.com, Bluemountain.com, Egreetings.com, Kiwee.com, and the photo sharing site Webshots.com. Previously, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer and SVP of American Greetings Intellectual Property Group. He also oversaw AGI's advertising team, search product team, business intelligence, business development, and its strategic partnerships with such organizations as AOL, Microsoft and Yahoo. Michael serves as a board member of the Montefiore Homes in Cleveland, and is an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace Business School.

Lucy McQuilken (Board Observer), Intel Capital

Lucy McQuilken joined Intel Capital in 2004 in the Boston office. As an investment manager, she is responsible for early stage Consumer Internet venture investments. Prior to joining Intel, Lucy was co-founder and CEO of Groove Mobile. Groove Mobile is a leading provider of music downloading solutions to the mobile operator market. Under her leadership, Groove Mobile launched Europe's first full track mobile music download service earning ‘best product’ awards from the Mobile Entertainment Forum. She holds a B.S.E.E. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Clark University.
