Don Dodge, Developer Advocate, Google
Don Dodge has been in the software business for more than 20 years and is a veteran of five start-ups including Forte Software, AltaVista, Napster, Bowstreet, and Groove Networks. Don was most recently Director of Business Development for Microsoft's Emerging Business Team, and now holds a similar role for Google Inc. Don, a native New-Englander, has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern Maine and an M.B.A. from New Hampshire College. He writes a daily blog, Don Dodge on the Next Big Thing.
David Feldman, Managing Director, Feldman Advisors
David has nearly two decades of broad technical, operating, business development and consulting experience. Prior to founding Feldman Advisors, LLC, David had a successful tenure as a turnaround executive at a venture-backed health care software company, Patientkeeper, in the role of VP, Engineering. David spent a number of years as EVP of Business Development and Strategy for Viewpoint Corporation. Early in his career he was a co-founder of Specular International, makers of a 3D modeling, rendering and animation software system, where he served as Director of Research and Development, Chief Strategist and acting CFO, in which capacity he successfully negotiated the sale of the company. David received an AB in computer science from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Harry Lin, Former GM Evite.com, current Executive-in-Residence, Idealab
Harry Lin is the former General Manager of Evite.com. During his tenure at Evite, Harry fueled brand growth and the site experienced 50% growth in revenue. Prior to operating Evite, Harry was vice president of ABC.com where he led new initiatives in e-commerce. He has also served as CEO of Lottay.com, Zig.com and President at Photometria Inc., the technology company behind Taaz.com. He currently is an Executive-in-Residence at Idealab. He has a Bachelor's from Cornell University and a Master of Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dharmesh Shah, Founder & CTO, HubSpot
Prior to HubSpot, Dharmesh was founder and CEO of Pyramid Digital Solutions, an enterprise software company selling to large financial services companies. Pyramid was a three time winner of the Inc. 500 award and an industry leader in providing innovative web applications available to millions of consumers. The company was acquired by SunGard Data Systems in 2005. Prior to Pyramid Digital Solutions, Dharmesh held a number of technology management and development positions. Dharmesh also runs OnStartups.com, an online community for entrepreneurs, which is one of the top 10 most read startup blogs and receives over a thousand visitors a day. Dharmesh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and an M.S. in the Management of Technology from MIT.
